Most of the tracks that I create come from music that gets stuck in my head. I’ll keep thinking about it or humming it until I can get in front of a computer and compose it. The story behind this one? Well, I was playing Jack*Bot once in a busy arcade (Shout out to 8 on the Break!), and I went on a Jack*Bot spree from zero all the way up to getting a Mega Jack*bot in one multiball. During that run, I went into sort of a trance, much like being “in-the-zone,” where every flip I made was the correct one.

This remix is based off of the music I thought I was hearing during the multiball round. One day, I was finally able to install PinMAME successfully, and I heard what the music actually sounded like without the extraneous arcade sounds. I was pretty happy with what I had produced when I compared it to the actual music created by the talented Jon Hey. Of course, since it’s a remix, there are some embellishments that help to differentiate my track from the original. Anyway, here it is.
